Join Service Provider Sara Hulsether as she will guide a class in gentle stretches, QI Gong poses, breathing activities, mudras, and some animal frolics too. Qi Gong uses simple poses, intentional movement, and breathing patterns to promote a healthy flow and reduce stagnation of energy. QI Gong practice has been shown to increase immune response and balance reactions, and decrease stress and depression. No experience necessary and all mobilities welcome.
