About this event

This month, Lunch Bunch will gather at Brothy Bowl, Madison’s first restaurant dedicated to Malatang. Malatang is often described as a personal, single-bowl version of traditional Chinese hot pot. This cultural meal event will include a talk by owner Jiabei Yang. She will share the story behind her business, how the menu was developed, and insights into her culture and the food served at the restaurant. You choose your own ingredients to create a personalized soup. Will you make it spicy or non-so spicy?
