Ethnic Diversity Cultural Meal (In Person)

Order and payment deadline is Thurs., September 21. Tips are optional and can be given to the restaurant on the day of the program.
Join our Ethnic Diversity Committee as we enjoy and learn more about the food prepared by Chef Sultan from Sultan, a restaurant showcasing Punjabi and South Asian flavors. We will gather in person at Sultan to eat and hear a presentation about the food and the meaning behind these recipes.
Meal choices (includes one naan bread):
• Vegetable biryani (potatoes, carrots, squash, peas, rice dish) - mildly spicy - $17
• Karahi chicken (chicken in a spicy tomato onion masala sauce) - $17
• Maash ki daal (lentils with thai chilis; vegetarian) - moderately spicy - $15
Sliding fee and transportation assistance is available upon request.
