Membership Matters is an important opportunity for members to discuss thoughts and ideas with Council representatives and staff that will help SAIL better support member needs. We highly encourage all members consider joining this discussion, which takes place the second Monday of every other month. Your thoughts and ideas matter!
This month we will review results from the recent member survey, providing insight into what members look to get from their SAIL membership. Discussion will include what steps SAIL should consider taking next.
This will also lead us into a discussion about a possible member focus group. The vision for this short-term focus group is to help SAIL develop and implement a plan that focuses on programming, membership retention, and/or outreach.
