CarFit (In Person)
CarFit is a free, interactive, and educational program designed to improve older driver safety. Student volunteers and faculty from the Madison College Occupational Therapy Assistant Program will provide information to ensure the safest "fit" for older drivers and their vehicles.
Each appointment takes approximately 20 minutes and doesn't involve an assessment of actual driving.
CarFit includes a 12 point assessment of the fit of the car to the individual for safety and comfort. Students will also demonstrate handy, practical devices that can assist a driver who has mobility or other challenges.
Register by April 25.
