What Members Have to Say About SAIL

"The handyman you referred to us shaved off the bottom of two French doors so they would open easily over a new rug, repaired a two way light switch, and created a beautiful handrail for our stairway. He was good about keeping appointments, always calling ahead of time. His charges were very reasonable. What a joy to find him. Thanks to you and SAIL." Marge E.

"Access to pre-screened, affordable vendors for home repairs and other services is alone worth the monthly fee." Betty S.

"We are so pleased with your services. A vendor we used recently did an exemplary job. He actually feels like part of the family!" Bob H.

"SAIL is my security blanket. My kids live out of town and it's so comforting for them and me to know SAIL is here for me. The daily check-in is especially important to me since I live alone." Faith M.

"Alan (SAIL's personal health coach/pharmacist) saved my life! Thanks to him I found out my potassium level had dropped to a dangerous level and was able to get needed medical attention." Donna S.

"My SAIL S.O.S. Was There When I Needed It"

Donna Edwards and Laura Adell Donna Edwards and Laura Adell
Monday, January 9, 2012 dawned like any other day for Donna Edwards. Little did she know that soon she'd be relying on her SAIL Sense of Security (S.O.S.) monitoring service after falling in her apartment. "Around 10:00 in the morning, I fell and couldn't get up," she says. "It was an awful feeling." Donna pushed the button on her S.O.S. pendant and the response center picked up and took immediate control of the situation. "They came on right away and asked what help I needed and if I was OK," she explained. Fortunately, Donna didn't need medical attention, but did need help getting back on her feet.

"They called my daughter-in-law," says Donna. "And within two minutes, she was on the line with me and on her way over to my apartment." As the saying goes, all's well that ends well. Donna wasn't hurt and didn't need medical attention-just a hand from her family.

"My SAIL S.O.S. is wonderful. It gives my kids peace of mind. They don't have to worry about me," she adds. "I originally got it for my husband, but I never thought I'd be the one to use it."

If you, a family member, or friend is thinking about getting SAIL S.O.S. monitoring service and the peace of mind that comes with it, call SAIL at (608) 230-4321.
