Membership
New members will receive a SAIL Member Services Directory during a personal "Welcome" visit. Updates are provided to members quarterly.  

Membership Fee
The SAIL membership fee is $300.00 annually (which includes a free 13th month) or $25.00 per month per household, not to exceed two persons.

Billing
Members who choose to pay monthly receive a bill at the beginning of each month, which includes any service charges incurred during the prior month. Payment by personal check or credit card is due by the tenth of each month.

Sliding Fees
SAIL offers sliding fees for those applicants unable to pay the full membership fee.
