Each year of operation will include expansion into additional neighborhoods and communities throughout Dane County. The expansion schedule will be developed strategically, taking into account budget, demographics and operational factors. The program and service menu will vary depending on member needs in each area.

From our inception through 2010, we will have raised over $1million in building SAIL. This will enable us to offer a comprehensive, affordable service to seniors throughout Dane County. Those who can afford SAIL membership will help subsidize those who can't.

Madison neighborhoods are targeted in 2005-2006. Rural areas will be added 2007-2009.
